The common rust phenomenon is generated by the REDOX reaction of iron in the oxygen environment, and most of the organic fertilizer equipment in the organic fertilizer production line industry is made of steel material, so they are also prone to rust, and rust removal work is needed after a period of use. So, the method of rust removal of organic fertilizer equipment for livestock and poultry manure treatment.

1. Manual rust removal. Manual rust removal is generally used with a hammer, shovel knife, scraper, wire brush and other tools, generally thick rust with a hammer knock loose and then remove with a shovel knife. However, its labor intensity is large, the efficiency of rust removal is low, it is difficult to remove dirt such as oxide, the effect of rust removal is not good, and it cannot reach the specified cleanliness and roughness.

2, mechanical rust removal. There are many tools and processes for mechanical rust removal, which are mainly as follows:

(1) Small pneumatic or electric rust removal: mainly powered by electricity or compressed air, equipped with appropriate rust removal devices for reciprocating or rotating motion to meet the requirements of various occasions.

(2) shot peening rust removal: mainly composed of particle jet erosion to achieve surface cleaning and appropriate roughness.

(3) High pressure water abrasive rust removal: the use of high pressure water jet impact and water skid action to destroy the corrosion and coating adhesion to the steel plate.

(4) chemical rust removal: mainly the use of livestock manure treatment equipment acid and metal oxide chemical reaction, so as to remove the rust products on the metal surface of a rust removal method, that is, usually called pickling rust removal, can only be operated in the workshop.
