The drying effect of organic fertilizer equipment is not only related to the quality of organic fertilizer equipment itself, but also related to the layout of the plant and the daily maintenance of the equipment.

1, the combustion chamber of the drying equipment: the form of the combustion chamber should be based on the nature of the fuel, the source, the form of the dryer, combined with the factory conditions, to choose the appropriate combustion chamber. For example, if the factory has pulverized coal, the pulverized coal combustion chamber can be considered; Inferior coal can be used in a boiling furnace.

2, the feeding bin of the drying equipment: in order to prevent the wet sticky material from blocking in the feeding bin, a reasonable feeding bin structure should be designed, such as: the hopper with asymmetric geometry; Or increase the tilt Angle of the bucket wall and the discharge port; Adding activation cone or pressure reducing plate in the bunker; Or set a hole at the exit and so on. At the same time, it can also reduce the material in the bin, reduce the pressure of the bin, prevent the phenomenon of blocking the material, and design the vibration feed hopper for breaking the arch and discharging the material according to the nature of the material, which is used for feeding the dryer.

Drying heat system: drying heat system includes combustion chamber, dryer and exhaust dust collection three parts. The selection of exhaust fan and dust collector should meet the combustion air coefficient of the dryer is not greater than 1 or 2; The wind speed of the cold end inside the dryer is not more than 3m/s; An air lock device shall be installed at the discharge port under the suction hood; The dust collector and exhaust pipe shall have heat preservation and heat insulation measures.
