Wipe the exposed processing surface of the organic fertilizer equipment and machine clean, apply anti-rust paint, and put on the corresponding protective cover to prevent the second intrusion of dust.

2. Organic fertilizer equipment has no external oil injection holes, and gears and worm wheels are lubricated with special butter for organic fertilizer equipment. The upper and lower gears should be filled with 3-in-1 butter once a quarter, and the cover of the moving gear box and transmission gear can be opened respectively when refueling.

3. Weihua oil should be added frequently to lubricate the hinge between the sliding surface of the supporting gear box and the support. The worm gear box and bearing have been filled with sufficient transmission grease when leaving the factory, but the gear box machine should be thoroughly cleaned once every year of use, and all protective lubricating oil should be replaced.

4, always pay attention to the operation of organic fertilizer machine. There should be no serious abnormal sound, let alone metal friction. If any abnormality is found, stop using it immediately and check it before removing the fault. The reason is that the machine won't start. If there is metal friction sound, first check the gap between the organic fertilizer equipment granulation pot and the granulation leaf. Always check the standard clearance between the plate and the pelletizing plate.

5. When upgrading the fermentation compost turning machine, the working gap should be re-measured each time, and the standard can be continued to be adjusted several times. If the organic fertilizer machine cannot run after the program controller, check the power supply voltage, power plug and socket, connect the plug and socket, etc., and check the internal fault of the controller.
