How can organic fertilizer production lines reduce greenhouse gas emissions

2025/05/13

The organic fertilizer production line can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the following multiple ways:

Optimize the fermentation process: By optimizing the design of the fermentation tank, such as adopting a double-layer jacket structure and an intelligent temperature control system, the fermentation temperature can be precisely regulated.

2. Enhance the intelligence level of equipment: Through an intelligent control system, real-time monitoring and remote regulation of 12 parameters such as temperature, pH, and DO value are achieved. The status of key components such as the stirring motor and the aeration fan is monitored through vibration sensors and current monitoring modules. When the load of the organic fertilizer equipment is abnormal, the system can issue a 24-hour early warning, with a fault location accuracy rate of 95%, reducing unplanned downtime.

3. Optimize material handling and transportation: Advocate the nearby processing and utilization of straw waste to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions during transportation. By using operational research methods, the driving routes of transportation vehicles are optimized from the perspectives of distance, time and cost, and a relatively complete transportation route planning system is established, significantly reducing the carbon emissions during the transportation process.

4. Promote the scientific and rational application of organic fertilizers: Explore the combined application technology models of organic and inorganic fertilizers in different regions and for different crops, reduce the amount of chemical fertilizers applied, and enhance the carbon sink capacity of straw organic fertilizers while achieving multiple effects such as weight loss, increased production, carbon sequestration and pollution reduction.

5. Adopt innovative production technologies: Through anaerobic digestion technology, agricultural waste is converted into biogas, which not only avoids the damage of waste biomass to the environment and reduces greenhouse gas emissions, but also generates biogas for use as a clean energy source.
