2025/05/14

When operating organic fertilizer equipment, to prevent materials from scattering and injuring people, the following measures can be taken:

1. Equipment inspection and maintenance: Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the organic fertilizer production line to ensure that there is no damage or leakage to the equipment and that all components are operating normally. According to the equipment maintenance manual, regular maintenance and upkeep of the equipment should be carried out, and debris inside the equipment should be cleared to ensure its performance and extend its service life.

2. Safety protection for operators: Operators should wear labor protection equipment such as safety helmets, work clothes, work shoes, protective gloves and dust masks that meet national standards. During the handling and application of organic fertilizer, it is recommended to wear protective equipment such as masks and gloves to avoid direct skin contact with the fertilizer.

3. Material handling and operation norms: Slowly put the materials to be processed into the drum. It is strictly forbidden to put in hard objects or substances that are too large. Ensure that the materials are evenly distributed within the equipment to prevent scattering due to material accumulation.

4. Work environment management: The operation area should be kept clean and tidy, with no clutter piled up to prevent tripping or affecting the operation. Set up safety warning signs around the equipment to remind personnel to pay attention to safety.

5. Emergency Response: Operators should be familiar with emergency plans, including the handling methods for emergencies such as fire, leakage, and poisoning. Improve the ability to deal with emergencies.

Through the above measures, it can effectively prevent materials from scattering and injuring people during the operation of organic fertilizer equipment, ensuring the safety of operators and the normal operation of the equipment.
