Three different organic fertilizer granulation equipment

2022/11/22

Common organic fertilizer granulators include: double-roll extrusion granulator, roller granulator, disc granulator, new organic fertilizer granulator, new two-in-one organic fertilizer granulator, flat die granulator machine, ring die granulator, various granulators have their own production characteristics, and can be used in npk production line, organic fertilizer production process, bio-organic fertilizer production lines, etc. Let's talk about the flat die extrusion granulator, the drum granulator, and the new organic fertilizer granulator.

1. Flat die extrusion granulator is suitable for granulation of crude fermented organic fertilizer. It is mainly suitable for wood residue and other crude fiber granulation, such as wood residue, rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed husk, various crops, and can be used for biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and low temperature granulation, such as npk fertilizer production line. Production capacity: 1.0-4.0 tons/hour; the ball forming rate is over 95%, and the return material is less; power: 22-900KW. Flat die granulation mechanical extrusion consumes a lot of energy and has high extrusion strength.
2. Drum granulator is a molding machine that makes materials into specific shapes. Drum granulator is one of the main equipment in the compound fertilizer industry, suitable for large-scale production of cooling, heat granulation and high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers. The main working method is granule wet granulation. With a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer will undergo sufficient chemical changes after it is humidified in the cylinder. In a certain liquid phase environment, with the help of the rotary motion of the cylinder, the extrusion force between the material particles will be agglomerated into balls.
3. The new organic fertilizer granulator uses high-speed rotation and mechanical agitation and the resulting air power to pass a certain amount of water or steam to make the basic fertilizer fully chemically changed after it is humidified in the cylinder. In a certain liquid phase environment, with the help of the rotating motion of the cylinder, the extrusion force between the material particles is agglomerated into balls. The combination of this granulation method makes the granules have a higher rate of balling, more beautiful granules and energy saving.
