1. The disc granulator is granulated by tilting the disc, driving device, disc inclination angle adjustment mechanism, frame, feed liquid sprayer, scraper, etc. The tilt angle is 35~55 degrees, the speed n=10~18r/min, the lower the angle of view, the longer the residence time, and the larger the particles. Due to the small investment, low power consumption and low operating cost of the disc granulator equipment, it is widely used in organic fertilizer production enterprises. The disc granulator is mainly used for rolling ball granulation of powdery homogeneous materials with good adhesion; disc structure and transmission gear. The disc granulator is not suitable for crude fiber. Fermentation materials with a certain length are more suitable for fermentation raw materials of powder materials, and can be used in organic fertilizer production process, npk fertilizer production line, etc.
2. Stirring teeth granulator is a new type of granulation equipment, also known as wet granulator. The equipment uses high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting air force to continuously mix fine powder materials into particles, spheroidization, and densification in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3 and 3mm, and the particle size of the granulation rate ≥80% can be moderately adjusted by the amount of material mixed and the spindle speed. Generally, the smaller the mixing amount, the larger the rotation speed and the lower the particle size, and vice versa. Stirring granulator has high granulation efficiency, spherical granules have no obtuse angle after granulation, and the pulverization rate is low, which is easier to meet the needs of large-scale production.
3. The roller extrusion granulator is suitable for making soluble or non-sticky granules, especially fertilizer granules, not suitable for organic fertilizer granulation of viscous rice husk chicken manure raw materials with a certain water content. It is easy to block the mold hole. Regular cleaning of the die holes is required, making continuous operation impossible. It is suitable for npk production line, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, feed and other raw materials with high granulation rate.
