Process flow of organic fertilizer production line

2020/12/11

The process flow of the entire organic fertilizer production line can be simply divided into three processes: pre-treatment, one-time fermentation, and post-granulation.

1. Raw material pretreatment: After the compost raw materials are transported to the storage yard, they are weighed on a scale and sent to the mixing and stirring device. It cannot be mixed with the factory's production and domestic organic wastewater, but must use clean water. Then add the organic fertilizer biological starter, and according to the raw material composition (chicken manure: cassava residue or mushroom residue: straw=6:2:2), the organic fertilizer moisture content of the pile is 60%-65%, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is 20-30. After mixing, proceed to the next process. When making ingredients, the brown sugar must be dissolved in water first, and then the organic fertilizer biological starter must be added and mixed thoroughly, and then the diluted solution shall be evenly sprinkled on the raw materials, and the mixture shall be thoroughly stirred evenly.
Note: Compost raw materials should be processed several hours in advance, soaked with water, and the water used to dilute the biological fermentation bacteria should be treated as drinking water without disinfectants (such as bleach, etc.).

2. Primary fermentation: The mixed raw materials are sent to the primary fermentation workshop with a loader, and piled into a fermentation pile. At the same time, the pile is turned over for about 2 days, and water and nutrients are added. The fermentation temperature is controlled at 50℃~65℃ (use Hands feel hot), carry out aerobic fermentation. The fermentation cycle of this project is 8 days. Every day, one tank of raw materials is fed and a tank of semi-finished products is discharged. After the fermented semi-finished products are discharged, they are ready to enter the next production of organic fertilizer.

3. Post-granulation: The finished compost is further screened, and the under-sieved material is processed separately according to the moisture content. The sieve is passed through a fertilizer granulator to produce granular organic fertilizer, and then the granular organic fertilizer is sent to the drying and cooling machine for drying and cooling to increase the strength of the granular organic fertilizer and ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation and storage. After that, the coating is carried out, various additives are added in proportion, and the finished product is made after stirring and mixing, which is divided into packaging and stored for sale. The sieve is returned to the crushing process for reuse.
