3. Organic fertilizer granulator: used to form organic fertilizer granules to meet the needs of different agronomy and crops. In the npk fertilizer production line, powdery raw materials need to be rolled into granules through a drum granulator. The granulator in this step mostly adopts the drum structure. The powdery raw material is placed in the drum, and the slurry or steam or water is sprayed into the drum through the spray pipe, so that the liquid phase of the granulated material is increased, and the drum is agglomerated into particles.
4. Screening machine: used to screen unqualified granular fertilizers, and send unqualified raw materials to the production line for unqualified decomposition and reprocessing. 5. Cooling dryer: The material gets high temperature during the drying process, and then needs to be cooled. Since water cannot be used for cooling, cooling equipment is required here.
