How the common npk fertilizer production line produces organic fertilizer

 According to the production characteristics of organic fertilizer, the plant configuration and simple production process should be equipped with a complete set of special equipment for organic fertilizer production and processing.The npk production line mainly include feeder, disc mixer, chain crusher, drum granulator, drum dryer, drum cooler, drum screener, finished product warehouse, automatic packaging machine, belt conveyor, settling chamber, heat exchange device.

The npk fertilizer manufacturing process flow:
1. Organic fertilizer pulverizer: It is used for pulverizing materials, so that the subsequent materials and bacteria are mixed evenly, and the fermentation is sufficient, which is convenient for granulation.
2. Organic fertilizer mixer: used for full mixing of various materials and bacteria.
3. Organic fertilizer granulator: used to form organic fertilizer granules to meet the needs of different agronomy and crops. In the npk fertilizer production line, powdery raw materials need to be rolled into granules through a drum granulator. The granulator in this step mostly adopts the drum structure. The powdery raw material is placed in the drum, and the slurry or steam or water is sprayed into the drum through the spray pipe, so that the liquid phase of the granulated material is increased, and the drum is agglomerated into particles.
4. Screening machine: used to screen unqualified granular fertilizers, and send unqualified raw materials to the production line for unqualified decomposition and reprocessing. The utility model patent of mechanical equipment has the professional knowledge of the production equipment of the organic fertilizer production line, and the operation is convenient.
5. Cooling dryer: The material gets high temperature during the drying process, and then needs to be cooled. Since water cannot be used for cooling, cooling equipment is required here.
6. Packaging machine: Packaging is the last process in chemical fertilizer machinery and equipment, in order to better maintain the quality of goods in the process of circulation and facilitate storage and transportation.
