First of all, the speed of the disc is too fast, the more times the material rolls in the disc per unit time, the larger the particles formed, and the smaller the particles formed, so whether the speed is reasonable in the pelletizing process of the disc granulator plays a vital role;

Secondly, the tilt Angle of the disc granulator, the greater the Angle, the greater the force of gravity on the material, the smaller the effective utilization area of the disc surface, which directly affects the ball formation rate of the disc granulator, so the Angle of the disc must be increased at the same time, because the Angle of the disk increases, the final speed of the particle rolling will also increase accordingly. Therefore, the inclination of the disc should be maintained at a limit value to prevent damage to the rolling and granulation of the material.
