Organic fertilizer mixer is mainly used for the mixing of raw materials in organic fertilizer production lines. It is composed of a mixing pan, mixing arm, discharge port, frame, gear box and transmission mechanism, which is characterized by a cylinder in the mixing pan, a cylinder cover is set on the cylinder, the mixing arm is fixed on the cylinder cover, the mixing shaft is connected to one end of the cylinder cover through the cylinder, the mixing shaft drives the cylinder cover to rotate, thus driving the mixing shaft to rotate. The transmission mechanism that drives the stirring arm to rotate is composed of four-stage transmission.

Structure composition of organic fertilizer mixer

1. Frame part: all the working body of the machine is installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the organic fertilizer equipment is welded with superior carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed the strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, which has reached the purpose of the machine.

2. Transmission connection part: The machine adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the spindle to rotate, and the working part of the host adopts the transmission connector phase teeth and the nylon pin driven by the transmission, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.

3. Mixing working part: the driving wheel is transmitted to the main shaft through the pin coupling. The material is evenly turned over in the mixing chamber, so that the material can be fully mixed, thus greatly reducing the residual amount of the material.
