After installation, all rotating parts of the equipment must rotate flexibly without jamming, bumping or knocking sounds. All connection parts must be firm and sealed, and there must be no powder leakage, air leakage or oil leakage.

3. Post-installation commissioning and acceptance: After all the equipment is installed, each individual machine should undergo no-load test run. Only when the operation is normal can it be put into load test run. Before the load test run, the electronic batching scale and packaging scale should be calibrated to meet the specified accuracy.

4. Safety and environmental protection requirements: Installers should be familiar with the installation requirements of each piece of equipment and strictly follow the technical requirements for construction to ensure the safety of the installation process. During the installation process, the environmental protection performance of the equipment should be taken into consideration to ensure compliance with national and local environmental protection standards.
