The performance of organic fertilizer granulators can be improved from the following aspects:
1. Optimize the pretreatment of raw materials: Both excessive and insufficient moisture content will affect the molding efficiency and quality. Crushing the raw materials to the appropriate particle size helps to improve the molding rate and particle strength. Adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio, pH value, etc. according to the characteristics of the raw materials to ensure that the raw materials are suitable for granulation.
2. Equipment parameter optimization: Adjust parameters such as rotational speed, pressure, and temperature based on the characteristics of raw materials to ensure the best molding effect. The PLC control is adopted to achieve precise parameter adjustment, and the touch screen human-machine interface is convenient for operation. Ensure a stable supply of steam and install temperature sensors to monitor the material temperature in real time.
3. Equipment maintenance and care: Regularly lubricate and maintain the transmission components, bearings, etc. of the organic fertilizer equipment, and select appropriate lubricating oil or grease. Regularly inspect the wear of vulnerable parts, such as pressure rollers, scrapers, bearings, etc., and replace severely worn components in a timely manner. After the end of each production day, conduct a thorough cleaning of the equipment to prevent material residue from affecting operation.
4. Process optimization: A screening and return material system is adopted to return substandard particles for re-granulation, reducing waste. The columnar particles after extrusion are processed by a polishing machine into spherical shapes to enhance the compressive strength and fluidity.
5. Personnel Training: Provide professional training to operators to familiarize them with the working principle, operation procedures, safety precautions, and common fault handling methods of the equipment, ensuring that operators can master the operation skills of the equipment proficiently.
