Troubleshooting methods for organic fertilizer horizontal mixers

During the operation of the organic fertilizer horizontal mixer, some common faults may occur. The following are some fault handling methods:

1. Difficulty in starting or inability to start: It may be due to unstable power supply voltage, loose wiring, motor damage or overload protection device activation, or loose or damaged belt in the transmission system. Check whether the power supply voltage is stable and whether the line connection is firm. Check if the motor is overheating, has a burnt smell or makes a friction sound. Replace the motor if necessary.

2. Uneven stirring: Improper feeding sequence, worn blades of the stirring shaft, insufficient mixing time. Optimize the feeding sequence, regularly inspect the wear of the stirring shaft and blades, and replace them in a timely manner. Appropriately increase the mixing time to ensure that the materials are fully mixed.

3. Blockage of the discharge port: Excessive moisture content of the material, excessive accumulation of material, malfunction of the discharge door. Control the moisture content of raw materials to ensure they are dry. Clean up the residual materials after each use to avoid accumulation.

4. Excessive noise: Bearing damage, loose stirring shaft, gear wear. Regularly inspect the wear of the bearings, replace them if necessary, and add lubricating oil. Check all the connecting bolts to ensure that all parts are stable.

5. Motor failure: Insufficient power supply to the motor, insulation aging. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and whether the power supply voltage is stable. If there is a problem, replace the motor.

6. Equipment structure failure: Unreasonable equipment structure and wear of components. Check whether the structure of the organic fertilizer equipment is reasonable and whether the components are worn. Replace the corresponding components if necessary.

By the above methods, the common faults of the horizontal mixer for organic fertilizer can be effectively dealt with, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
