What is the production process of npk fertilizer production line?

2022/12/27

The main components of compound fertilizers are nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, so people sometimes call the compound fertilizer production line npk fertilizer production line. There are many raw materials for npk production line. According to the chemical elements contained in raw materials, we can classify raw materials.
Nitrogen source: ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, sodium nitrate, calcium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, urea.....
Phosphorus source: calcium superphosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate, calcium triphosphate, powdered phosphate.....
Potassium source: potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium sodium salt, potassium dihydrogen phosphate (MKP).....

The following are three different npk fertilizer manufacturing process recommended by Huaqiang Heavy Industries.
Urea fertilizer production line
Urea has a high nitrogen content, so urea is one of the commonly used raw materials in the compound fertilizer industry. Generally speaking, Huaqiang recommends that you use a roller compactor in the urea fertilizer production line to make compound granular fertilizer. The granular fertilizer made by the twin-roller granulator has the characteristics of high density. What's more, by using a roller compactor, you don't need any drying or cooling machines in your fertilizer production line. This way, you can save a lot of money.
Phosphate fertilizer production line
If you plan to produce fertilizers from phosphate, you can install a disc granulator on your fertilizer production line. The disc granulator requires the moisture content of raw materials to be between 25% and 30%. If your stock is too dry, you can add some liquid binder to it.
Phosphate fertilizer production line
If your raw material is heavy calcium superphosphate, you want to have a large-scale production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons of chemical fertilizer. Huaqiang recommends that you use roller compactors and drum granulators in your fertilizer production line. The combination of these two granulators will greatly improve the production efficiency of the entire fertilizer production line.
