1. Pretreatment stage of organic fertilizer production:

After the compost material is transported to the yard, it is weighed by a scale and then sent to the mixing unit of the organic fertilizer equipment. Do not mix with organic wastewater produced in factory production and living. Clean water must be used. Then according to the raw material composition add organic biological fermentation complex bacteria and crude organic fertilizer, mixed into the next process.

2. The primary fermentation stage of organic fertilizer production:

The mixed raw materials are sent to the primary fermentation workshop by loader and stacked into fermentation piles. Meanwhile, turn the heap about 2 days to replenish water and nutrients. Aerobic fermentation is performed. The one-time fermentation cycle of this project is 8 days. Every day into a pool of raw materials, production of a pool of semi-finished products. After the fermented semi-finished product is discharged, it is ready for the next process.

3. Post-treatment stage of organic fertilizer production:

The finished compost is further sifted and treated separately according to the moisture content. After the material under the screen is granulated, it is sent to the dryer for drying. After adding various additives in proportion, the finished product is mixed by mixing, and then packaged into the warehouse for sale. The material on the screen is returned to the crushing process for reuse
