Crushing process: It is the main process in the production process of NPK compound fertilizer. Therefore, we must make it a priority. In addition, our company can provide two types of npk compound crushers, cage crushers, and chain crushers. Both are ideal tools for compound fertilizer shredding.

Mixing with a NPK mixer: The NPK fertilizer process is necessary. Through mixing, the npk fertilizer powder can be stirred evenly and enter the next granulation process. Three kinds of mixers are available, horizontal mixer, double-shaft horizontal mixer, and single-shaft mixer. You can choose according to its capacity. If you need a small capacity, horizontal mixers and single shaft mixers will suffice. Instead, a twin-shaft horizontal mixer is the best choice.

Making npk compound fertilizer granules: granulation is the main process of npk fertilizer production line. It marks the end of a simple whole fertilizer production line. There are two types of granulation methods for granular fertilizers: wet method and dry method. At the same time, choose npk granulation equipment according to different methods. There are three kinds of twin-roll extrusion granulator, disc granulator and drum granulator.
