Working principle:

1. Material conveying: The organic fertilizer material that needs to be granulated is sent to the feed port of the rotary drum granulator through the conveying equipment.

2. Mixing and stirring: After the material enters the drum, in the rotating process of the drum, the material is mixed and stirred with the internal agitator, so that the material can achieve the effect of uniform mixing.

3. Granulation: the stirred material is in the rotating drum, due to the role of centrifugal force, the material is thrown to the rotating drum wall, and the granulation plate on the wall forms particles.

4. Drying: The newly formed particles are dried in the drum, and the dried particles have good strength and uniformity.

5. Collection and packaging: The dried particles are collected through the discharge port and then packaged and stored.

6. Control system: The working process of the whole drum granulator is monitored and adjusted by the control system to ensure the stable and safe operation of the organic fertilizer equipment.
