The main process flow of 50,000 tons npk production line

2022/12/12

The npk production line process flow:
1. Prepare powdered npk fertilizer raw material: if npk fertilizer raw material is solid, it should be crushed into powder with a fertilizer grinder. Only powdered fertilizers can be made into fertilizer granules using npk fertilizer granulator.
2. Raw material mixing: the raw material is converted into a disc mixer in proportion, and all materials are mixed evenly to improve the uniformity of fertilization components.
3. Granulation: transfer the mixed raw materials into the drum granulator for granulation. The reason we choose the rotary granulator is that the rotary drum granulator has a considerable output of fertilizer granules and is suitable for large-scale compound fertilizer production. It is an indispensable and important part of the whole npk fertilizer production line.
4. Fertilizer drying: The compound fertilizer needs to be dried to a certain amount of water after granulation to increase its physical properties. Dried fertilizers are easier to store.
5. Fertilizer cooling: After the fertilizer granules are dried, the temperature is too high and it is easy to agglomerate. Cooled fertilizer granules are easier to bag, store and transport.
6 Sieving: We use a rotary sieving machine to screen the final product. All fine and large particles are screened out with our drum screens. Then, the fine powder conveyed by the belt conveyor returns to the horizontal mixer, and is remixed with raw materials and regranulated. However, large particles need to be crushed in a chain crusher before being re-granulated.
7. Coating: Qualified products are coated in npk fertilizer manufacturing process to increase brightness and roundness.
8. Fertilizer Packaging: Our automatic fertilizer packaging machines are specially designed and manufactured for final product bagging. The independent suspension sensor ensures smooth and effective transmission of signals and improves weighing accuracy. Since the feeding speed is controlled by the controller, customers can set the speed arbitrarily.
