1. Before starting:
Because all parts of the new equipment have not been run-in, the equipment needs to be heated for the first start, which generally takes 40-50 minutes. In specific operation, first raise the temperature to the expert drive motor V-belt until it is free, and drive the motor 8-10 times according to the normal operation option. Then continue heating for about 10 minutes.
2. Temperature adjustment after startup:
Before start-up, we performed general temperature control of the equipment. The material handling in the production process of organic fertilizer equipment is determined according to the characteristics of the material itself. Therefore, heating should be continued after starting, because normal production needs to continue to add heat; adjust different temperatures according to different characteristics of plastics.
3. When the equipment is working normally:
The temperature of the machine should be kept stable, not high or low. The temperature around the stomata should be kept at 200 °C until the head position is about 1 °C. Under the premise of this temperature, most materials can generally be processed very well.
4. Shut down of organic fertilizer equipment and compound fertilizer equipment:
First of all, to disconnect the power of the host, the head plug of the device (the part with the wrench) must be removed. Preheat independently before next use.
