How to use the disc granulator to dispose of domestic waste?

 The material is fed into the disc granulator, and the liquid component or an appropriate amount of water is sprinkled on the material in the disc through the liquid component distributor of the disc granulator to meet the liquid phase amount required for ball formation; the rotating disc And the edge of the disc produces friction and centrifugal force on the material, which makes the material move axially, makes the powder rub and squeeze each other, and gradually gathers into a ball.

The disc granulation process has a short production process, compact structure, low investment, and is easy to use. It can be used in npk production line, organic fertilizer production process, bio organic fertilizer production, etc. The size of the particles depends on the inclination and rotation speed of the garden board, which can be adjusted. Therefore, the granulation process of the garden board has a wide range of control, strong adaptability, and a high ball forming rate, which can reach 70% to 90%.

1.Directly transport the treated sludge (domestic sludge, industrial sludge, etc.) to the raw material hopper (or raw material mixer)
2. Transport it to the disc equalizer, and evenly add it to the rotating disc of the disc granulator for granulation;
3. Transport to the organic fertilizer dryer and exchange heat with the hot blast stove.
4. The particles are transported to the thermal screening, and the fine particles are directly returned to the disc equalizer, which is the key to continue to participate in the adhesion of particles into balls.
5. The fertilizer is transported to the organic fertilizer cooler through natural cold air or forced cold air refrigeration.
6. Transport to the finished product screening machine, and the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the disc equalizer to continue to participate in forming balls.
7. The selected qualified products are sent to the coating machine for coating treatment.
8. Transport to the automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging, and storage.
9. Dust from drying, refrigeration, and workshops will be exhausted after three-level treatment by dust collector, labyrinth dust removal room, and wet cleaning.
