How to dry and cool the granules of compound fertilizer production line?

 During the processing of npk production line, materials need to be dried and cooled. At this time, dryers, coolers and screens are needed. Many customers are not familiar with the fertilizer processing process. The following is the method of drying and cooling the materials in the organic fertilizer production line.

The granules to be dried after being processed by the NPK fertilizer granulator are conveyed to the feeder inlet by the belt conveyor, and the granular materials flow into the drying cylinder along the chute of the feeder. The feeder is inlaid on the outside of the drying cylinder. Driven by the deceleration transmission system, it rotates as a whole, and the granular materials move backward with the rotation of the drying cylinder, and the heated hot air is blown into the feeding end. It is in direct contact with the material of the drying cylinder and evaporates its water vapor to dry. During the drying process, according to the dryness of the material, the deceleration drive system can adjust the speed through the frequency converter. The drum dryer is mainly used for drying compound fertilizers with a certain temperature and particle size in the npk fertilizer manufacturing process.

The cooler is used in conjunction with the tumble dryer to cool the fertilizer granules to a certain temperature and particle size in the npk fertilizer production line. At the same time, it can also be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials. The equipment has compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong adaptability. The drum cooler can greatly increase the cooling speed, reduce labor intensity, increase output, further remove part of the water, and reduce the temperature of fertilizer particles.

The middle extraction hood draws the steam out of the drying cylinder. Then with the rotation of the dry material, it enters the cooler again. Under the action of the middle wind hood, the natural wind enters the cooler from the unclosed end of the cooler. With the rotation of the cooler, the material is sucked up, and the temperature of the material is directly reduced to the natural temperature. After that, the granular material enters the drum sieve, the unqualified material is screened out from the drum sieve, and the qualified material directly enters the next packaging section.
