The double roller granulator has the characteristics of low energy consumption, good energy-saving effect, low investment, simple operation, and no pollution from equipment emissions. Before the npk production line is put into production, the installation of the twin-roll extrusion granulator needs to be debugged. Take the right approach:
1. Gap adjustment of pressure rollers: In the npk fertilizer production line, sometimes it is necessary to increase the output force or the bite angle. At this time, the distance between the two pressure rollers can be increased, and the distance between the driving shaft and the pressure roller can be increased. The steps are as follows: stop the machine, remove the upper racks of the two bearing seats, adjust the adjustment plate between the two bearing seats to the required thickness, there should be no collision between the two rollers, and the minimum should be kept between 0.3-1mm. can.
2. The centering adjustment of the ball seat. The ball seat is composed of dimples on the surface of the main roller, so there are problems of axial centering and circumferential centering:
1) The axial alignment has been adjusted during installation. Generally speaking, it cannot be adjusted. When adjustment is required, tighten or loosen the glands on both sides of the passive bearing seat, and push the displacement of the eccentric sleeve to match the roller of the driving shaft. correspond.
2) Align the direction of the upper ring, and loosen the six connecting bolts between the driven gear and the adjustment sleeve, so that the adjustment device is slightly separated from the driven gear. Since the adjustment amount of the ball seat is considered in the design, and two adjustment bolts are installed, it can be adjusted no matter how much the misalignment is.
