1. How to make the npk production line run smoothly?

2. What is the problem of compound fertilizer granulation temperature?
In the granulation process of the npk fertilizer manufacturing process, the granulation temperature is high and the liquid phase system increases. The solubility of inorganic salts gradually increases with the mutual dissolution and reaction of complex salts. Therefore, the uniformity increases, and the amount of liquid phase should be appropriate. For example, when urea and ammonium phosphate are granulated, when the temperature is adjusted from 60 degrees to 90 degrees, the moisture content of the material should be reduced from 3.2% to 1.2%. In addition, the liquid phase viscosity and surface tension are reduced, resulting in greater strength of the particles under mechanical forces.

3. What is the solubility of compound fertilizer raw materials?
High-nitrogen compound fertilizer, the amount of urea is more than 50%. Due to the high solubility, the liquid phase volume is high. It can be improved by adding urea powder at lower operating temperature. The heat absorption of urea dissolution reduces the granulation temperature and increases the difficulty of operation. In addition, the resulting low-melting mixture makes granulation control more difficult.
4. How to adjust the pH value in the compound fertilizer npk fertilizer production line?
PH value is an important index of material system. In the ammonium phosphate granulation system, it is advisable to control this value between 6.0-6.5. When the material is acidic, the solubility is high. Violent reaction is easy to bond into a spherical shape, which is cohesive. Alkaline pH results in large ammonia losses and poor reactivity. Therefore, the material does not easily disperse into particles. Ammonium bicarbonate, calcium magnesium phosphate can be added to adjust the pH value. MAP can be neutralized by adding a small amount of conditioner mixture of ammonia and water vapor to the pellet bed. The heat of reaction will increase the granulation temperature.
