Design features of organic fertilizer double axis mixer

2025/07/19

The design features of organic fertilizer double axis mixer are as follows:

1. Twin-shaft design: two parallel stirring shafts are used, with spiral blades or paddles welded on the shafts, which rotate synchronously in opposite directions through gears or chains. This design makes the material subject to bidirectional shear force during the mixing process, and the mixing is more uniform.

2. Efficient mixing: The turbulence generated by the reverse rotation of the twin shafts allows the material to be mixed quickly and evenly, which is especially suitable for viscous organic raw materials. The mixing uniformity can reach more than 95%, avoiding local stacking or agglomeration.

3. Wear-resistant and durable: The blades and shafts are protected by manganese steel or lining plates to resist corrosion and wear. The synergistic effect of the twin shafts consumes less power than the single shaft, and the mixing time is short.

4. Compact structure: The organic fertilizer equipment has a compact overall structure, small footprint, stable transmission and low noise. It is suitable for raw material pretreatment (mixing different components such as feces, straw, mushroom residue, etc.). It can be used as a compost turning aid during the fermentation stage to increase oxygen contact. It is used for finished product preparation and homogenization after adding microbial agents or nutrients.

5. Easy operation and maintenance: Easy operation, high intelligent control system, production enterprises can use it in a short time. Regular maintenance includes checking bearing lubrication and blade wear.

These design features make the twin-shaft mixer perform well in organic fertilizer production lines and become one of the key equipment in modern organic fertilizer production lines.
