The placement and layout design of organic fertilizer equipment requires comprehensive consideration of production processes, environmental requirements, safety regulations, and future development needs. Specific precautions and recommendations are as follows:
1. Clear functional zoning: The raw material pretreatment area is responsible for receiving, crushing, and mixing raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure and straw. The fermentation area, as the core area, houses fermentation tanks or fermentation vats and must meet ventilation, temperature control, and turnover requirements. The finished product processing area includes screening, granulation, and packaging equipment to ensure uniform product particle size and ease of transportation.
2. Smooth logistics and system integration: Through building, equipment, and process connections, the various functional areas of the organic fertilizer production line should be integrated into an organic whole. The layout of the raw material storage, pretreatment, fermentation, and finished product areas should be as compact as possible to minimize the distance and time required for material transportation.
3. Environmental protection and pollution control: The fermentation and pretreatment areas should be equipped with exhaust gas treatment equipment to reduce odorous gas emissions. Rainwater and sewage should be separated within the plant, and production wastewater should be treated and discharged to standards or reused. 4. Safety and Hygiene Management: Production areas should be equipped with safe passageways and fire-fighting facilities to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. A strict hygiene management system should be established to prevent contamination of raw materials and finished products.
The above layout principles and recommendations can ensure that organic fertilizer equipment is placed rationally, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
