When starting up organic fertilizer equipment, pay attention to the following operational details:

Pre-startup Preparation

1. Equipment Status Check: Confirm that the protective devices on the organic fertilizer produciton line are working safely and are intact. Check the oil system for normal operation and leaks. Check that all components within the equipment are securely installed.

2. Personnel and Equipment Positioning: All personnel in each section must be at their posts and inspect their respective equipment sections, including equipment steering, reducer oil addition, and control box voltage.

3. No-load Test: Run the equipment dry to check for any problems. If any problems are found, shut down the equipment immediately and report them to the team leader for inspection.

Startup Process

1. Initial Startup Heating: Before the first startup, heat the equipment for 40 to 50 minutes. Manually increase the motor V-belt temperature until it feels comfortable. Then, pull the motor 8-10 times continuously and continue heating for approximately 10 minutes. 2. Equipment Startup: When the team leader directs the production line to start, the feeding equipment should not be turned on first. Other equipment should be turned on one by one, starting from the back and moving forward. After confirming that there are no problems, the feeding system should be turned on for trial production.

3. Equipment Operation Monitoring: During equipment operation, each workstation should re-check the equipment for any problems. Avoid touching any moving or transmission equipment to avoid accidental injury.

Post-Startup Precautions

1. Gradually Increase the Load: After the equipment is operating normally, the operator should gradually increase the load to ensure normal operation under load.

2. Safety and Maintenance: During operation, ensure the safe operation of the equipment. If any abnormality occurs, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately.
