The precautions for extending the service cycle of organic fertilizer conveyor are as follows:

1. The conveyor belt on the organic fertilizer production line should be kept clean during use and preservation to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow immersion, to prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances, and to be one meter away from the heating device.

2. Conveyor belts of different types and specifications should not be used together, and the best way to use the joint is to use the bonding method. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the conditions of use. The running speed of the conveyor belt should not be greater than 2.5 m/s, and the materials with large block and wear and the fixed discharge device should be used at low speed as far as possible.

3. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the distribution layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission drum and the reversing drum, and the requirements for the groove Angle of the roller should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the organic fertilizer equipment.

4. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact of materials falling on the conveyor belt, chutes should be adopted to reduce the falling distance of materials. The receiving section of the conveyor belt should shorten the distance between rollers and adopt buffer rollers as material leakage. Belt compliance with the use of soft moderate baffle plate, so as not to stop the material plate too hard, scratch the belt surface of the conveyor belt.

5. The following matters should be noted during the use of the conveyor belt:

(1) Avoid rollers being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent leakage stuck between the roller and the tape, pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but not oil conveyor belt;

(2) Strive to avoid starting the conveyor belt under load;

(3) The conveyor belt deviation, should take timely measures to correct;

(4) It is found that the local damage of the conveyor belt should be repaired in time to avoid expansion;

(5) To prevent the conveyor belt from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material to prevent breakage and tearing.
