Paths to Pollution-Free Production in Organic Fertilizer Production Lines

 Organic fertilizer production uses agricultural waste such as livestock and poultry manure and straw as raw materials. Improper handling can easily generate odor, wastewater, and dust pollution. Achieving pollution-free production requires a comprehensive approach throughout the entire process.

Raw material pretreatment is the foundation of pollution prevention and control. For livestock and poultry manure, solid-liquid separation equipment is first used to separate the manure and liquid. The liquid portion is then introduced into a biogas digester for fermentation and biogas production, achieving resource utilization. When the solid portion is mixed with auxiliary materials such as straw, the carbon-nitrogen ratio and moisture content must be carefully controlled to avoid excessive ammonia production during fermentation.

Production process control is key to pollution-free production. The fermentation process utilizes a trough-type aerobic fermentation process to accelerate the degradation of organic matter while simultaneously killing pathogens and weed seeds and reducing the production of harmful substances. The fermentation compost turning machine uses a closed design and is equipped with a negative pressure ventilation system to prevent the escape of dust and odor during fermentation. The granulation process prioritizes wet granulation, replacing the dust suppressants used in traditional dry granulation with a small amount of water. This reduces dust generation at the source and reduces energy consumption. Organic fertilizer equipment require a wastewater treatment station to treat wastewater from cleaning equipment and the ground, along with manure separated from the raw materials. Once it meets standards, it can be used for irrigation or recycled. Exhaust gases are collected and purified through a spray tower and activated carbon adsorption system to ensure they meet air pollutant emission standards.

Through comprehensive pollution prevention and control measures, organic fertilizer production lines can transform agricultural waste into valuable resources while achieving zero pollution during the production process, contributing to the green and circular development of agriculture.
