Issues that should be noted in the fertilizer granulating production line

2025/07/28

During the construction and operation of the fertilizer granulating production line, the following key issues need to be noted to ensure production efficiency, product quality and operational safety:

1. Equipment selection considerations: clarify the annual output or hourly output in order to select equipment of appropriate scale. Select the appropriate organic fertilizer granulator according to market demand and product type. Determine whether to produce organic fertilizer or compound fertilizer. Different types of fertilizers have different requirements for organic fertilizer equipment.

2. Safety operation specifications: Ensure that the raw materials meet the quality standards, such as organic matter content, moisture content, etc., and avoid using damp, agglomerated or expired raw materials. Strictly abide by the operating procedures to ensure smooth connection of each link and avoid splashing and blockage problems. Operators need to wear appropriate protective equipment, such as protective clothing, gloves, etc., to prevent accidental injuries.

4. Quality control: Strictly test the nutrient content and impurity content of the raw materials to ensure compliance with national standards. Calibrate the equipment regularly and strictly control process parameters such as mixing time, stirring speed, drying temperature, etc. Regularly sample and test the finished products to ensure that the products meet quality standards.

5. Environmental and safety management: Select low-noise equipment, take sound insulation and shock absorption measures to reduce the impact of noise on the environment and operators. Properly handle solid waste generated during the production process, such as domestic garbage, hot air furnace ash, etc., to avoid secondary pollution.

Through the above measures, the production efficiency and product quality of the fertilizer granulation production line can be effectively improved, while ensuring the safety of operators and environmental protection.
