As the roller rotates, the distance between the die cavities gradually increases, and the compaction particles fall from the surface of the roller. The double roller press granulator can be customized according to the purpose of granulation, the granulation material and the particle size of the molding particles. When running, we should pay attention to the fact that the organic fertilizer equipment should be idled for 2 minutes after starting, and then sent into the granular material after confirming that there is no abnormal noise and vibration. Downtime is the opposite. After the feeding of granular materials is stopped, the machine runs idling for about 2 minutes, and the motor stops running after the granular material is discharged from the machine.
